After 2005 and 2010 the third edition of this ever more popular catalogue was finally published late 2019. As thousands of stamps are issued every year worldwide, complete stamp catalogues of the whole world have become virtually unaffordable and are so voluminous that a whole book cabinet is needed to store them all.
