In The Castafiore Emerald (1963) the main characters find themselves in the castle Moulinsart, where they perform a classic comedy behind closed doors. With this album Hergé took (temporarily) leave from the main adventure and focussed his attention to the problem of interhuman communication. Actually it a kind of "anti-story", full of misunderstandings and mistaken identities, one funnier than the other, just like in classic comedies.
