Formerly aide-de-camp to General Alcazar, he has never gotten over his demotion to the rank of corporal.
This punishment was imposed after he remarked that there were "too many colonels and not enough corporals."
Since then, he has hatched numerous plots to exact revenge.
Unfortunately for him, his bad luck and incompetence make him more of a comical than a dangerous adversary.
