Michel Overseas in 20 volumes
The stamps of countries outside of Europe are divided by Michel into the 20 volumes of the Overseas-series, that is updated by new editions on a regular basis (about 4 volumes a year).
For each new edition the contents are carefully revised, the valuations adjusted to the current market situation and the new issues since the previous edition are added. In that process there are always new, previously not researched valuations that are discoverd for some countries.
For each country the catalgoization starts with the first stamp issued and ends with the last issue available at time of final edit. Precursors and sub areas are integrated as much as possible into one country. The current new editions are part of the "blue" series.
